What about international shipping?
We ship internationally. Please note that Budovideos is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred on international shipping. Any duties or taxes due are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid if instructed to do so. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding customs duties and taxes before placing your order.

Return Policy

Media (Books & DVDs)

We accept returns on defective books and DVDs for replacement only. We do not offer returns based on personal satisfaction as tastes are subjective.

Apparel, Uniforms, Gear & Equipment

We accept exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for exchange (e.g., items that are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, are covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc.). All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Budovideos.com.

Important Note: Due to hygiene concerns, compression shorts, athletic supports & cups, mouthpieces, products made from lycra (fight shorts, compression shorts, rashguards, etc.) will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.

Special Order Items

Special order items are non-returnable.

Exchange Process

All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA).

To request an RMA number:

  1. Contact us through our website
  2. Provide your Budovideos.com order number
  3. Explain the reason for your return

Goods returned without an authorization number will NOT be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Product Information

Will this DVD play on my player?
Yes, 99% of the DVDs we carry are NTSC and compatible with US players unless otherwise noted.

What language is this book/video in?
Non-English items are always noted just below the product description. If no language is specified, the item is in English.

Inventory & Restocking

When will out-of-stock items be available?
While we make every attempt to keep most items in stock, occasionally products run out. Rest assured, if an item is out of stock, we're already working on restocking it.

Estimated restocking times:

  • Domestic products: Typically about one week. Occasionally, videos may be delayed due to reprinting issues, potentially taking weeks or months to restock. We'll note any known extensive delays.
  • Import products: Popular items usually restock in two weeks. Less popular or special order items can take a month or more.

Special Orders

If there's something you want that we don't currently stock, please contact us. We'll see if we can special order it for you. Please note that special orders need to be pre-paid.

Miscellaneous Questions

Do you carry bootleg, dubbed, or pirated videos?
No, we do not carry any unlicensed, bootleg, dubbed, or pirated videos. All videos we carry are either official Japanese releases or licensed domestic versions.

I created a video/book/gear. Will you stock it?

No, all images on http://www.budovideos.com are property of Budovideos.com and may not be used without our written permission.

Can I visit the warehouse or pick up my order in person?
Sorry, our warehouse is not open to the public and we don't offer will-call services.
