Itosu-Ryu Karate-do Kata Series

Kata represents the gateway and path of mastery in karate, encompassing various techniques and profound principles. To truly embody karate, it is essential to thoroughly practice and understand the distinctive techniques and meanings contained within each kata.

Itosu-Ryu Karate-do, founded by the esteemed master Anko Itosu, who is hailed as a modern-day martial arts saint, introduced numerous katas, starting with the fundamental "Pinan" series.
