Ginastica is a fantastic

Ginastica is a fantastic workout for anyone, but totally useful for BJJ. Amazing approach to physical fitness.

Not worth the money.

The few exercises demonstrated in the video are very good, but not even close to being worth the $30 plus dollars I paid for the DVD.
