Fierce & Female: Practical Rape Defense Tactics for Every Woman 2 DVD Set by Melissa Soalt (Preowned)

The possibility of a violent attack is every woman's fear. No woman is immune, yet few are prepared. Knowing what to do-and never do-can mean the difference between life or death, being raped or not.

This video course presented by Melissa Soalt demonstrates seven proven prevention strategies every woman must know and then picks up where other tapes leave off-when you're already in a compromised position and nothing else will do except a decisive and explosive counterattack.

Part one provides a toolbox of essential yet uncomplicated techniques for stand-up attacks showing you what to do—and not to do— in potentially life-threatening scenarios such as being pinned, immobilized, or forced into a vehicle. Soalt demystifies crucial principles and strategies, teaching women how to fight smart and capitalize on their greatest strengths. Part two delves into defense from prone, rape-specific pins and assaults, providing comprehensive instruction for worst-case scenarios.

Escaping an attacker's clutches takes more than knowing how, where, or even when to strike. In this unique video course, Soalt provides the crucial emotional preparedness, teaching women how to remain focused and not be paralyzed by fear; how to "coil up," summon their fighting spirit, and unleash a ferocious counterattack.

With its realistic scenarios, full-force demonstrations on padded attackers, and easy-to-follow instruction, these gritty, no-holds-barred videos should be required viewing for all women interested in being safe, confident, and secure.
