Vovinam Viet Vo Dao Moc Ban Phap & Vat DVD with Patrick Levet

This third DVD, recorded entirely in Vietnam by Master Levet along with the Grand Master Van Vang, the highest active technical authority within professional Vovinam worldwide, centers around the techniques with the wooden ruler Moc Ban and the Vietnamese fighting Vat. Combining simplicity, effectiveness, flexibility, and toughness, and without ceasing to be a simple piece of wood, the Moc Ban is a fantastic weapon with which we are able to defend ourselves facing sables, sticks, or knives. We will study its handling, the guards, the 12 basic techniques of Moc Ban, the 10 first techniques of the 28 that make up the Vietnamese fighting system Vat, and finally, Nhu Khi Cong Quyen, a way of training with simple energetic breathing exercises.
