About the Instructor: Born in Kagoshima Prefecture, Shoji Arimitsu joined the Aiki Rentai-kai in 2001 after reading The Secrets of Aikido by the late Keisetsu Yoshimaru. Following Yoshimaru’s illness in 2004, he assisted in organizing seminars and was later appointed the second-generation headmaster of the Aiki Rentai-kai. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the study and promotion of Daito Ryu.
Shoji Arimitsu is the author of a book on Aiki-age and has produced instructional DVDs, including "How to Practice Aiki-age" (2 volumes) and "How to Practice Aiki-sage"
