Ando has combined the teachings of Gozo Shioda and of Morihei Ueshiba and shows them in precise detail in this DVD. Interspersing clips of Gozo Shioda and of Morihei Ueshiba demonstrating techniques, Ando then explains how the techniques were performed.
Ando also shows his bokken suburi (seated and standing) and also his 31 count jo kata.
9 clips of public demonstrations are also included from Japan, Germany, and Canada from 1998 - 2002.
