Instruction: Fumio Nakagawa
Born in 1948. After training in various martial arts including Karate and Aikido, he encountered Chinese martial arts. At the age of 28, he began learning "how to live as a human being" and "how to move the body" from a Japanese Zen monk, and studied alone for 28 years. Currently, he serves as a director of the Tokyo Martial Arts Tai Chi Federation and is dedicated to promoting Japanese martial arts Tai Chi and improving techniques. He also presides over the Tai Chi Renshinkai, where he teaches the essence of martial arts that his master discovered.
