Authentic Xingyi Quan Lineage from Li Luoneng and Che Yizhai
Featuring 30 Carefully Selected Training Methods and Applications!

Xingyi Quan is one of the three major internal martial arts.
Rooted in Taoist Five Elements philosophy, this Chinese martial art enhances internal power and employs aggressive forward-stepping footwork for highly effective combat techniques.
Its movements are simple yet rational, rich in adaptability, and devastatingly powerful in real combat situations.

This DVD features demonstrations and explanations by Master Zhao Yuxiang, a renowned practical martial artist who studied under Wang Xiliang, the third-generation Shanxi Che-style Xingyi Quan master, and Bu Bingquan, a second-generation master.
