Amazing Collection

I had the honor of spending a short time as one of Hirohira Saito Sensei’s uchi deshi, and watching this DVD set brought back everything I admired about his teaching. Sensei has a way of breaking down Aikido that is both clear and powerful. His movements are precise, and his explanations are easy to understand even with my limited Japanese. This DVD set is a great resource for anyone who wants to understand Aikido on a deeper level.
