About the instructor:
David-Dorian Ross has won eight US gold medals, a world silver medal, and two world bronze medals in tai chi. An acclaimed teacher, he has been featured on PBS and is the best-selling creator of the TaijiFit series and many titles, and co-creator with Jet Li of the Taiji Zen series. He is a pioneer in bringing tai chi to the mainstream and building the first online interactive training community. Mr. Ross lives in Long Beach, California.
