Hoy Chan, a highly experienced Systema HQ Toronto instructor, training and teaching with Vladimir Vasiliev since 2007, with a particular expertise in sensitivity work. He has an extensive background in Brazilian Jiujitsu, Silat and Internal Chinese martial arts (chi kung). Hoy is also a national medalist in Shotokan Karate and Shaolin Kung Fu.

Hoy states that after he had trained for over 15 years in Chi Kung under renown teachers, only Systema founders, Vladimir and Mikhail, provided him with a complete understanding of the internal combative and health work.
