excellent beginners introduction

excellent beginners introduction to the chinese art of shuai jiao, which is the chinese wrestling skill. there are many shuai fa (wrestling throwing methods) in every chinese art but this is stand alone chinese wrestling from the lineage of chang tung sheng, one of the greatest wrestlers of the last century. the throws are brutal fast and from a combative point are very hard to roll out of, and therefore a suited to combat. this is a very indepth and well rounded curriculum for those wishing to add a few strong throws to their fighting arsenal
