Tatsuo Akabane Profile Tatsuo Akabane studied Yagyu Shinkage-ryu, Enmei-ryu, and Owari Kanyu Spear Techniques at the Nagoya Shunfukan Dojo. Currently, he serves as the head of the Kanto branch of Shunfukan, overseeing Shinkage-ryu and Enmei-ryu practice groups in Kamakura, Yokosuka, Fujisawa, and Yokohama. In December 2015, he received certification from Director Isao Kato for properly inheriting the traditions of Yagyu Shinkage-ryu and Owari Enmei-ryu. His publications include "Learning Yagyu Shinkage-ryu," "Learning Musashi's Enmei-ryu," DVDs "Learning Musashi's Enmei-ryu" (Ski Journal), "Philosophizing Musashi" (Nanso Publishing), "Musashi and Yagyu Shinkage-ryu" (Shueisha), DVDs "Understand!
