If you don't review the basics, your kendo will not improve!
This book is for swordsmen who can perform basic strikes but cannot demonstrate them in actual tachiai. It explains in detail in text and video the points you should review to improve your kendo, such as training methods, techniques to break down attacks, and techniques to draw out attacks, in addition to the basic items of each technique that you must remember in order to advance to the next stage, such as kote, men, do, and tsuki techniques, footwork, attack, maai, and kiai.
