This DVD covers the 18 common street attacks that are used as a basis for programming your reactions and for learning points of reference (common destination points) used in most Haganah techniques. It covers counterattacks against common punches, kicks, chokes, bear hugs, grabs, headlocks, and tackles. Bonus scenes from the Ground Survival and Advanced Tactics Series are included.

Master Instructor Mike Lee Kanarek is a former Israeli Special Operations Group Commando of the battle-hardened Israeli Golani Brigade and a world class Hand-to-Hand Combat instructor. In addition to his military training in KAPAP and more recent training in LOTAR, he is a fourth degree black belt in Survival Hisardut and a first degree black belt in Krav Maga. Mr. Kanarek is also a sixth degree black belt in Joe Lewis American Full Contact Karate. He is a fully certified Muay Thai Kickboxing instructor and holds other belts, including a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has been recognized as The Self-Defense Instructor of the Year by the Florida Martial Arts Brotherhood Hall of Fame and has numerous other awards and recognitions.
