Since his 30s, Master Kenji Ushiro has been active as an electronics engineer and business manager, while pursuing true martial arts in karate and iaido. People from all walks of life, including karate and iaido, as well as Shaolin, aikido, kendo, judo, jujutsu, and various martial arts, gather under this master. And beyond the boundaries of martial arts, athletes, artists, working adults, and young people of all ages and genders gather to learn about "ki" that can be used in everyday life and the "unified body" that makes it possible.
The ultimate "ki" of martial arts embodied by Master Ushiro consists of "ki that emanates from the outside" and "inner ki." The "unified body" is the foundation of "inner ki," which can be said to be the first transmission of ki.
Sanchin, which Master Ushiro inherited from the history and developed by incorporating the unique energy of "ki", is a kata that is a collection of techniques born from the ultimate scene that separates life and death, and is also a kata that condenses the human wisdom of harmony.
As you deepen your training, you will come closer to "unity" and be able to train your "inner power" that develops into "inner ki".
"Sanchin Volume 1", released in 2011, was a beginner's edition that focused on the history and external form of the kata, as well as its applications.
"Sanchin Volume 2", released in August 2013, is positioned as an intermediate edition, and focuses on the stage of transition from the external to the internal. Under the supervision of Master Ushiro, the invisible "inner workings" are explained in detail using three-dimensional visual expression using CG.
