SHIPPING POLICY

MADE TO ORDER

Outer Memory pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production and delivery for U.S. orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard shipping within the United States is $7.95 per order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

International shipping is $19.95 per order. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and local carrier conditions.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If this occurs, you may receive more than one package or tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping after your order has been placed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order has shipped, please follow the tracking information provided by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost in transit or there is another issue with delivery, contact us at [OUTER MEMORY EMAIL] with your order number and we will assist you.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Because production may begin shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
