Based on Ms Viksnins' experience with Aikido, Qi Gong and bodywork stretching, this sequence is adaptable to be gentle enough for a beginner or thorough enough for an experienced bodyworker. Thorough enough for experienced bodyworkers, yet gentle and adaptable for movement novices, everybody will find something of benefit. In this DVD, the Sequence is followed by a seated meditation, which deepens the congruence of mind, heart, will and body.

BRIGIT VIKSNINS MAT BCST® NCTMB RHP: Since 1996, Brigit has maintained a bodywork private practice, specializing in practicing stillness and presence, which can thoroughly relax, heal and decompress the central nervous system. She values having found therapies which work with underlying causes of difficulties, as opposed to focusing on symptoms alone. She enjoys working with a variety of people: she loves introducing newcomers to bodywork, helping vital people maintain and improve their health with regular sessions, as well as working with practitioners and self-exploration adepts who want to further investigate their inner landscapes. Her current passion has to do with vibrational healing, using frequencies of light.

Note to practitioners: each segment can be used individually, repeatedly, for home self-care. Clients can benefit, for example, from using Chapters One and Two for rehabilitation and/or prevention of neck, shoulder, arm and hand issues.
