Tai Chi Push Hands: The Random Circle 2 DVD Set by Jason Tsou
The Poem Random Circles dates back at least as far as Yang Ban Huo, who was the uncle of Yang Chin Fu and the son of Yang Lu Zhan.
Yang Ban Huo taught this poem to his students because it contains a description of the four training levels for Tai Chi Push Hands and aleo, because it describes the strategies for the manipulation of energy.
These exercises are generic to Tai Chi, and the information is of use to practitioners at all levels and of every style.
DVD One shows over a dozen training techniques for Push Hands.
DVD Two shows many Push Hands applications from different styles of T'ai Chi and from various circling patterns.
