Featuring:

Hiroyuki Aoki (Born 1936 in Yokohama) During his studies at Chuo University's Faculty of Law, he trained in karate under the tutelage of Shigeru Egami, a renowned master. In 1965, seeking a new era of physical disciplines, he gathered about 30 outstanding martial artists and formed "Rakuten-kai". After intense training for approximately three years, he founded "Shintaido", a completely new mind-body development technique. Through physical training, it aims to lead oneself to "zero-ization" (completely natural state of mind and body), bringing out latent abilities and enabling true self-realization. It has garnered attention across various fields as a new physical discipline.
