About the Author:

Narashino Seiryukutsu is a "Nindo" 5th-degree shadow ninja master (陰忍五段師範). From a young age, he studied martial arts and combat sports, later delving into Eastern body theory at university. As a dedicated researcher of ninjutsu and martial arts, he engages in mountain training, martial arts practice, and participates in the International Ninja Research Association. He has appeared in numerous domestic and international media productions as a ninja.

Currently, he teaches practical mind-body techniques that embody the philosophy of "learning from the past to benefit the present" through ninjutsu classes and various events.
