Muay Chaiya Muay Thai Performance DVD by Kridakorn Sodprasert

I wish to dedicate this DVD about Muay Chaiya to my two teachers, and hope that it is a great success so deserving of them.

This is offered as a supplement to the people of Thailand, to help them study and train so that they can protect themselves from harm, forever.

What is Muay Chaiya? 

Muay Chaiya is a traditional southern Thai style of Muay Thai, known for its defensive posture (low stance, high guard), powerful elbow/knee strikes, clinch mastery, and emphasis on counter-attacking and breaking the opponent’s rhythm.
