Dr. Aiello is the Kancho (president) of the International Shito Kan Karate Association and the Soke (founder) of Shito Kan Karate Do. He oversees the operation and instruction at several Shito Kan training centers in Michigan and is the Midwest Representative for the International Okinawan Kobudo Association (ancient Okinawan weapons.) Dr. Aiello is the pioneer and host of the nationally syndicated talk radio program, Warrior Talk.

Author of eight other Martial Arts books and manuals, Dr. Aiello has not only been a prolific writer and public speaker, he has also produced an extensive instructional video tape collection focusing on the Martial Arts for the beginner to the advanced level practitioner.
