The dynamic art of Ngo Cho kung-fu features the vital elements of five ancestral systems, incorporating the footwork of lo han (Buddhist monk boxing), the hand techniques of pe ho (white crane), leg techniques of tai cho (grand ancestor kung-fu), evasive techniques and palm strikes of che tian ta sien (monkey style) and iron body training of fat chun (the Bodhidharma method).

Whilst this dvd is termed advanced Ngo Cho or Five Ancestors Kung fu it is really gives an introduction and overview of the system. For anybody wanting to know more about the tradition this is a very good choice. It gives the foundation form and one other more advanced form. Whilst not a beginners how to dvd, for anyone knowing what they are seeing they would be able to learn the basics of a foundation form. Whilst maybe a little dated in production, it is clear, concise and shows how the art is applied. For the price this dvd is highly recommended
