The author Scott Pilkington barely demos anything in the dvd, instead he has his friend teach the techniques. Very basic and way over priced. Theer were a few things that I found useful the pivot offthe jab to extend your reach, the changing stances on moving back and a few others. At best it's a $20.00 dvd. He offers a few street fighting techniques.The arm wrap c-clamp around the throat is a nice man handling technique. All in all I would not waste your money. If you see it on E-bay for $10-20 then I would get it.
