Just what I was looking for

Being a relatively new grappler, I'm always getting caught in submissions. My defense is starting to get better but I often don't know what to do rather than just prevent the submission. Jake's DVD showed me a lot of options from many different positions I get stuck in. I like how he shows what the attacker is trying to do and then shows how the defender can escape and counter.

Excellent

Very happy with this purchase. I appreciate the logical progression of techniques. First Jake shows a submission then he shows how to escape and counter. I’ve been training for a few years and most of these I had never seen before. I have plenty of things to drill in 2023.
