The Healing Power of Systema DVD by Adam & Brendon Zettler

Four years ago, Brendon had a tragic brain aneurysm that left him paralyzed on one side of his body and unable to speak. Brendon began a remarkable journey of recovery, guided by Systema breathing and movement exercises.
