DVD Introduction
Guidance and Supervision: Andrew Seffay
- Systema Japan Instructor, Representative of Systema Japan. Began judo at age 5, followed by training in various martial arts including Goju-ryu Karate and Muay Thai. Discovered Systema in 2000, a life-changing experience that became a tool for living better in physical, physiological, and psychological aspects.
Guidance and Supervision: Ryoichi Onishi
- First certified Japanese instructor of Systema. Representative of Systema Osaka. Started Kendo at age 5, later trained in Goju-ryu Karate and Judo before exploring Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. Encountered Systema in the UK in 2000. Received the first Japanese accreditation from Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev in 2007 upon returning to Japan.
