In the broad spectrum of Kung Fu systems, many have been inspired by nature and animals. Though many southern systems have elements of the tiger, few have been able to "frame the fearful symmetry" as has the tiger claw method taught to Master Paul Koh by his teacher, Grandmaster Tak Wah Eng.

This new volume of the Kung Fu In A Minute series explores the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the tiger system in all their attributes. Contained within this text are fundamental concepts of breathing, standing, stepping, turning and twisting, concepts that will involve the entire mind, body and spirit of the individual.
