An-shu Stephen K. Hayes teaches the essence of 2 Koto Ryu advanced kata, and guest teacher Richard Watoshi Sears presents a look at the psychological base for To-Shin Do practice in stabilizing the mind under fight pressure - direct "element ring" mudra and movement practice.

DVD 2 - To-Shin Do Sword and Knife

An-shu Stephen K. Hayes teaches variations on multiple attacker defenses, and guest teacher Robert Tokutoshi Broom teaches knife-on-knife defense, and John Manatoshi Giancarlo instructs in transferring knowledge from Musashi-style Ni Ten Ichi Ryu double sword to modern To-Shin Do practice for defeating a speed puncher.

DVD 3 - To-Shin Do Striking Defenses

An-shu Stephen K. Hayes teaches Kukishinden Ryu Okuden level mastery and guest teacher John Gentoshi Poliquin shares advanced To-Shin Do striking defenses. DVD also includes scenes from the Saturday night skill demonstration.

Martial arts pioneer Stephen K. Hayes became a member of the Black Belt Hall of Fame for introducing the authentic Japanese ninja martial arts in the 1970s. Book author and university professor, he served as security escort for the Dalai Lama of Tibet, Nobel Peace Prize laureate, in the 1990s.
