Ki Ken Tai Book 1: Sou by Tetsuzan Kuroda (2nd Edition) (Preowned)
This is the 2nd edition of the first book in Tetsuzan Kuroda's "Ki Ken Tai" series of instructional books.
Twelve excellent training methods "play training" that allow you to safely practice and verify the essence of movement extracted from the "mold" are posted! What is being pursued in the Kata practice performed in Ko-ryu martial arts? Movement that is not detected by the other party's brain. The samurai had made it happen. The martial arts theory transmitted to the Shinbukan Kuroda Dojo, such as "the law of footlessness", "the theory of maximum and minimum", and "theory of constant velocity motion", leads your "movement" to another dimension!
