Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu Hikari-Do DVD by Buko Koga
Instead of trying to throw your opponent, "see them with your mind's eye" and move them naturally.
This DVD features instruction by Grandmaster Buko Koga, who personally teaches the authentic techniques and training methods of "Aiki no Waza" (Aiki techniques of harmonizing energy), passed down from Sokaku Takeda to Kodo Horikawa and Musakatsu (Takeo) Nishikido. Emphasizing the creation of a body of energy ("Ki"), the focus is not on mechanical techniques or forms but on understanding the essence of Aiki through fundamental practice. This makes for a deeply engaging learning experience.
