In May of 2009, Benjamin Lo, the first student of Professor Cheng Man-ch'ing, gave a series of lectures and commentaries on the T'ai Chi Ch'uan Classics. Over one hundred teachers and practitioners attended at the Inner Research Institute School of Tai Chi Ch'uan in San Francisco. This was a momentous occasion; before this, there had never been a complete set of lectures given on the T'ai Chi Classics.

His 60 years of practice, his understanding of Classical Chinese and his close association with Professor Cheng, make Ben Lo uniquely qualified to share his insights with this generation of practitioners.
