It's Okay

This DVD is relatively old now, and you'll notice in the production value. There's only one camera angle shown, and sometimes it's a bad angle. During some of the positional escapes you got a great view of the patch on the back Tinguina's gi, but you don't see how Gustavo is positioning his legs, which is definitely a more important detail. Also the menu is kinda primitive; one you click on one escape to view all the rest of them are automatically played. Going forward and backward is not easy, you have to go back to the main menu and then select another escape to view.

I did get a couple of good escapes from this. Some of the unorthodox positional escapes are pretty good, but only in limited situations. The collar choke defense is great and has become my go-to defense to that submission. If I had to do it over again I might have purchased a different instructional on defense; something newer and with higher production quality. Different camera angles, at the very least, would be welcome.

Must have instructional

Man it just goes on and on. I feel like a black now knowing all these escapes. People ask me how did I learn so much.
For one thing it teaches you the submission first and then the counter so it's like two DVDs in one.
Actually I don’t want other people knowing about this or having this DVD.
