Fundamentals

Excellent teaching of the fundamentals. Everyone from any rank can grab something from this dvd. You can tell he really wanted everyone to grab what you can by his demonstrations. Not just a great teacher but a great teacher for foreigners.
Note, this is ONLY in Japanese. If you have a passion for this art then that should not be a deterance.

EXCELLENT, I have only watch a preveiw of the dvd,but after watch MR.NORIO SAKASAI taijutsu movements i knew i had a excellent training dvd.
