Kodokan Judo Koshiki no Kata DVD

The "Koshiki-no-Kata" refer to the kata of the "Kito-Ryu" of Jujutsu which Jigoro Kano Shihan studied before founding Kodokan Judo.

The "Koshiki-no-Kata" are based on the Throwing techniques executed by armor-clad warriors on the battle field. There are 14 Omote and 7 Ura forms.
