About the Author:

Born in Tokyo in 1973. Graduated from the School of Life Science and Technology at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. President of the Shinshin Toitsu Aikido Association. He was trained by his father, Koichi Tohei, from an early age, and as the successor to Shinshin Toitsu Aikido, he teaches and promotes Shinshin Toitsu Aikido to approximately 30,000 students in 24 countries around the world. At Keio University, he serves as the master of the Aikido club at the University Sports Association and teaches Shinshin Toitsu Aikido in general education classes as a part-time lecturer. He also uses Shinshin Toitsu Aikido for human resource development, teaching at seminars and corporate training sessions for managers, leaders, athletes, artists, and others. Since 2010, he has participated in the development of the most promising young players at the request of the Los Angeles Dodgers of the US major league, and has earned the tremendous trust of the players and coaches. He has appeared on TV shows such as "Asaichi" and "Ashita mo Hare! Jinsei Recipe." His major works include "Ki Breathing: Freely Use Your Mind and Body", "The Origin of Communication Lies in Ki!" and "The Ki Dojo" and "The Power of Ki as Learned by Top People".
