The collection spans from footage of his youthful demonstrations in 1962 to his final performances in 1990, capturing nearly all of his preserved demonstrations on film. Originally a hit video, this collection is now available on DVD. It includes special footage of Shioda discussing the essence of Aikido and lectures on his master, Morihei Ueshiba, and the profound principles of Aikido.
