Creating Flexibility Through Qigong DVD by Bingkun Hu (Preowned)
Not everyone is born flexible, but everyone can be trained to be flexible. Creating Flexibility Through Qigong offers a comprehensive training of body and mind flexibility through the training of relaxation, stretching, agility, and inner strength. This is done in a gentle, easy, and systematic way.
Techniques of relaxing the six major joints, training of the shifting of body weight, and the use of a center-periphery approach for inner strength, are all demonstrated through fluid and roundish movements, and are arranged in a progressive order. Creating Flexibility Through Qigong suits learners of different levels. Even the beginners can choose some of the short Qigongs and enjoy practicing them. Creating Flexibility Through Qigong is a sequel to Dr Hu's video 12 Qigong Treasures for Beginners.
