About the Author
Master Lee Koon-Hung, who gains much prestige in Hong Kong and worldwide, is regarded as the best instructor of Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu. He is the fifth generation of Choy Lay Fut Kung fu. He has taught lots of students who later became outstanding martial artists and many of them won the first place in international Kung Fu tournaments. Master Lee is the only martial art instructor in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He served as the post of Chief Judge in every important full-contact tournament in Hong Kong as well as the instructor of the training classes for the judges.
