Sunmudo DVD with Jeog Un Seol

Sunmudo is the martial art of Zen that originated from the ancient methods of the Korean Buddhist monks and was renewed by Jeog UN Seol, the founder of Golgul Temple and the World Federation. With the help of a group of students led by Frédéric Foubert, Deputy of Sonmudo in Europe, the Grandmaster shows us the combinations of inner and outer martial arts, an exercise which makes harmony between body, mind and spiritual being in this style. We learn different techniques of yoga, Chi Kung and shapes that harmonize mind and movements. An extravagant and challenging art that includes what many other styles were looking for, which, however, have gone the way to sports.
