Starring:

Yasuhiro Tanaka Born November 16, 1967, in Tokyo. Winner of the 1989 and 1991 All Japan Sambo Championships in the Senior 74kg category. Represented Japan at the World Sambo Championships for five consecutive years from 1987 to 1991, achieving a highest placement of 4th in 1988. Placed 3rd at the 1988 Karinin International Tournament and 4th at the 1989 World Cup. Known as a pure "Samboist" without a background in judo or wrestling, he is esteemed for his ground and joint-locking techniques and is recognized as one of Japan's top instructors. He serves as the Executive Director of the NPO Defense Plan Sambo Federation and is the head coach of the Martial Arts Department at the Japan Wellness Sports Specialized College.
