About the Instructor:

Kazuo Yamamoto: Representative instructor of the Musoken Bujutsu Kai. Involved in training the next generation at the headquarters and each branch. Born in Tokyo in 1955. From an early age he came into contact with swords and began to think deeply about swordsmanship. It was around this time that he became aware of the existence of the sword of the heart. Since then he has refined his swordsmanship on his own without the assistance of a teacher. He explored the Musoken, the sword of the subconscious, and came to understand its true meaning. In 1992 he founded the Musoken Association, the predecessor to the Musoken Bujutsu Kai. In 2011 the name was changed to the Musoken Bujutsu Kai, which continues to this day.
