Transform Your Body—and Your Mind
Taiki Hasaka’s Movement Therapy
Release Tension in Body and Mind
Explore Taiki Hasaka’s approach to movement therapy, with techniques focused on migraines, tinnitus, sudden hearing loss, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
Why does his approach to hearing loss involve placing a finger inside the ear canal? How can working deeply with tissues associated with discomfort help clients discover changes within themselves?
Drawing on Structural Integration, Hasaka explains how movement therapy uses the body as a gateway to working with both physical and emotional tension. Through clear explanations and practical demonstrations, he introduces his approach alongside techniques intended to ease migraines and other symptoms.
This approach addresses the concerns of people whose muscle tension persists despite massage, or who continue to struggle with emotional balance after psychological therapy.
