Lost Seminars 2: Italy 1985 by Morihiro Saito (On Demand)

This videos features an outstanding seminar given by Morihiro Saito Sensei in Italy in May 1985. Saito Sensei was 58 years old at the time and in fine form. This particular event was the third of many seminars he would give over the years in Italy.

The program also includes an introduction and closing comments by Aikido Journal Editor Stanley Pranin who accompanied Saito Sensei during these seminars as his interpreter. This high-quality, professionally shot event has now been fully restored and is presented for the first time.

About Morihiro Saito:

Morihiro Saito is the author of the highly acclaimed book series "Traditional Aikido" and "Takemusu Aikido". Saito enrolled as a student of Aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba in 1946. One of the art's foremost technicians, he was the acknowledged authority on Aikido weapons training. Saito operated Ueshiba's private dojo in Iwama and served as caretaker of the Aiki Shrine for more than 30 years.
