From the ancient past of traditional Japan comes the authentic legacy of the ninja phantom warriors. This volume of insights, exercises, and inspirations, contains a description of all the training methods, skills, and knowledge required to pass the test for kyukyu ninth class certification, your first formal belt grade license in the Kasumi-An self-protection system.

Blending skills of hoppo-jutsu bone structure attacks, koshi-jutsu muscle and organ attacks, and jutai-jutsu grappling throws, locks, and escapes, the ninja's taijutsu martial art is a most effective means of generating the health and technical capability for surviving the threats of violence that have become so common in modern life, while cultivating an enlichtened attitude of inner peace and security.
