Title: VOD
In this deluxe 2 part set, Shooto champion and legendary MMA trainer Erik Paulson focuses upon one of the most devastating submissions known to man; Neck Cranks.

Erik displays a dizzying array of cranks, face locks, chokes, neck crank set-ups, and submissions that can be set-up by neck cranks (e.g., arm bars) from the ground and standing. He included variations for competition but for the street as well.

As Erik says, "these techniques aren't nice" and are designed to make even the toughest opponents concede.

Bonus material includes in-depth stretching and a large portion of Erik's personal "Ultimate Killer Neck Routine". Also, see Erik neck crank his way through five live opponents back-to-back during an actual training session at CSW headquarters in Fullerton, California!

Always fun

My criteria 1) did I like it (important cause you'll actually finish watching it and watch it again), 2) did I use it (if you don't use it then you're wasting money and time). So yes I usually enjoy Eriks dvds cause he'll joke around every now and then and he likes to show chained moves. The "neck routine" spoken of in the dvds write up means partner and non-partner neck stretches and strengthening which is a lot of the first part but; it is important. I think everyone involved in sparring with neck cranks should a) take out at least a month to condition their necks for training neck cranks and b) both people training should know cranks will be in sparring. Didn't use it yet sorry but; I have been successful using his other stuff. Use "on demand", I'm not getting paid this is legit.
