This is not just a presentation of basic techniques in Yoshinkan Aikido. It's a groundbreaking work that teaches methods to enhance the quality of techniques, not just their form. It provides detailed explanations aimed at beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners.

Established to enable everyone to learn and apply Aikido techniques, the Yoshinkan Aikido Basic Techniques are crucial for mastering Aikido. This work first explains key checkpoints for correctly learning these forms, addressing common mistakes and unique movements of Aikido for beginners. These points are equally essential for intermediate and advanced practitioners to reflect on their own movements.

Furthermore, achieving proficiency in Aikido requires not only memorizing forms but also enhancing their quality. This DVD set reveals the essence of techniques mastered after over 30 years of Aikido training by Dojo-cho Susumu Chino without reservation.
