In January 1999, he established the NPO Japan Budo Karate-Do Federation Zen Do Kai, aiming to pursue karate's practicality as a martial art and to foster youth development through martial arts education. He continues to train thousands of members, serving as the Chief Instructor of Karate Zen Do Kai and President of the NPO Japan Budo Karate-Do Federation.
